Return & Refund Policy

All products in the Caly Rose Collection are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending us an email through Contacts. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately by sending us an email through Contact section.

Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
